Single-residence home designed for a bachelor working as an accountant by day, bartender by night.
Space is divided into a tower as private living space and a L-shape public bar and kitchen on the ground floor. The bar situates itself on the flag of the site, a continuous line that folds to meet the ground, to form seating, bar, entranceway, stairs, gaining momentum and zig-zagging up to the tower.
Line is emphasised through repeating columns and railings, echoing its width. Choosing between wood, glass, and polycarbonate, material opacities allow for views while providing privacy, all while bringing emphasis to the line snaking to the top of the tower.
